How many should you consume.
How long is a piece of string? As long as it needs to be.
Dead srs, same applies here. Eat as many as you need to in order to FYM.

just read somewhere there six a week is the recommend allowence ha i eat that in two days like but srs it changes the whole time every article you will read will be different

Have as many eggs as you want, they are pretty close to being a perfect food in terms of micro / macronutrients.
5 whole eggs scrambled for breakfast is what I have daily; Goes down nicely!
as many as you want its a great clean source of protein so you can get a lot of your protein from egg whites if you really want to not like its going to hurt you might get boring though
For normal people, I don't know of the standard.. for bodybuilders and athletes and such, its much higher.
I would eat 40-60 egg whites + 10 whole eggs every single day through college.
i do 6-10egg whites mixed with oak meal every morning, not dead yet so i guess its ok
