Branch , just had to say it.
Who's doing a lot of shows nowadays anyway?
Kai/Phil are Olympia focused, Coleman said he'll make Rhoden focus on the Olympia only as well, Dex does the O and the masters.
This leaves us Freeman, Wolf, Warren and Roelly (if he actually shows up in great shape) as the top contenders for the other shows since they do them.
Maybe if Cedric wins the Arnold, he might go and win a couple of other shows?
^^I agree. Most top guys sitting out.
I don't think Ced will do a lot of shows esp if he wins the Arnold
^
Yeah, I also thought about it that way, it could go both ways, either he uses his momentum from the Arnold to win the other shows and bank in some money or he could take the whole year off and get ready for the Olympia (which I personally would like him to do so)
Toney Freeman...if he shows up full and conditioned...
If he turns up looking like Freeman the runner bean then it'll sadly be the turn of either The Grainy Gremlin or Dennis GutWolf.......
Mike Kefalianos.
Dex - Arnold
NY Pro - Victor
Phil - Olympia

id say Dexter.. he seems to be competing a lot more than the other competitors.. he can win the masters and any other smaller shows he enter..

If he wins AC then I don't see him competing until the O.
Maybe Elssbiay. Might be good to gobble up wins to get his name out there and build up some momentum/rep going into the O. That equation certainly worked well for Rhoden
I'm going for X-Man or JOJ

I Lold, but then felt bad because he really doesn't deserve to get shafted in every show like he does, fingers crossed he gets some good placings in 2013, his conditioning is always awesome.
Would like to see huh get his act together
I'm going for X-Man or JOJ
this, i have a feeling they will compete the most
I'd say Toney Freeman as well.
In the 212's probably Correa.
Would like to see huh get his act together
It seems his "partial ROM" training style is also being applied towards his partial contest prep.
Very good question, who had the most in 2012?? Really wish more of the top tier pro's had to do more shows! I no 2012 wasn't that successful for him but roelly done a lot if I remember rightly? I'm going to go for freeman.
i'm gonna say big ramy too. he's probably gonna rack up as many wins as he can to make a name for himself. dudes got potential through the roof!
How many shows did Rhoden win this year after the Olympia? All of those little ones right after probably brought his win count up to 3 or 4 for the year wasn't it?

why would he do that? im pretty sure he knows he doesnt have a chance winning the Olympia (again).. and since the main competitors arent showing anywhere other then the O, he can earn some "easy" money and increase his winning records..

after his best showing at the masters olympia, i'm sure he's motivated as heck to improve
the top guys always prepare for the olympia with a winning mentality, otherwise why bother
Well... we know who is NOT going to win a lot of shows: Brandon Curry (but i wish he got his **** together)

The prize money at smaller shows isn't much, especially when factoring in contest prep costs. I'd think it may even be more advantageous financially to do just the big shows and try to place well in them. Not sure of the difference in 3rd and 5th in terms of prize money for the O, but it could be close to what he could earn elsewhere without the cost of multiple preps.
Does anyone know what shows Evans doing this year?

That muscly bloke.
