How do some pitchers throw so hard?
Obviously some have better genetics and mechanics than others!
What I am asking is does the genetic bone structure, tendon and joint strength, and coordination (which determines how fast you can move your arm) all play a role in someone who can throw very very hard? like 95+ MPH!
Because this is not something that can be taught.
The only thing that can be taught is conditioning, long toss, and mechanics.
