SLOW BURNING before lifting, fast burning afterwards
Just trying to make sure--you guys say search, but it's not always easy to find this info thanks to the [i]wonderful[/i] search engine.
One more thing--I know what fast and slow means, but what foods are fast and slow digesting Proteins and Carbohydrates.
So far I've heard this:
SLOW--Tuna, Turkey, Chicken, Oatmeal, maybe Wheat Bread, some vegetables
Fast--Protein Powder, maybe Wheat Bread (again)
Help please? I've searched, I haven't really seen anything.
