thanks

Your one rep max is whatever the most you ever have maxed for 1 rep before. Doing 21 reps of something tells you very little.
i thought there was a 225 reps conversion to max
No. If you want to know your max go test it.
ill test it later this week

there can be rough estimates, but it varies quite a bit from person to person. It would help us estimate if you remember how many reps you could do with 225 when you hit that 330?
was like 18 at the time

alright. little tip for you when you max...hit some back rows right before benching, nothing super demanding but get some blood in the back muscles.

OP also abstain from caffeine for few days before the max, and then take 200mg pre-workout with a healthy meal of complex carbs
will do thanx for the help!
Obviously you won't know til you max but i figure your good for 350-360. Most guys i've known that were around 400 repped 225 25-30times. Again,it varies from person to person.
I would guess around 330 or 340.
I've never broken 20 reps at 225, and I've done 415. But like Trettin said, there's absolutely no way to even roughly estimate a 21 rep max into a 1 rep. If you hit something for less than 8 reps, I've found
reps * weight * .0333 + weight (ex. 315 * 9 * .03333 + 315 = ~410, which is about right for me)
to be fairly accurate.
But yeah, some guys with my max can probably do 10 or more reps with 225 than me. It's about endurance at that point, keep it under 8 if you're going to attempt to get a reasonable projected max.

I went for a max two weeks ago and got 365 for 1 touch and go. (I prob could have gotten 375 but I failed when I tried for it afterwords as I was so amped from getting 365 I lost my motivation). I repped out with 225 this week and got 21 reps and failed on the 22nd rep all touch and go with full lockout. However, as stated above everyone is different so your mileage may vary. I would say anywhere from 350-400.

Using the Barnes-Sobel formula, you should be maxing out around 700lbs.
Throw on about 550 for warm up sets, then pound out 3 or 4 of those, before putting your belt on and going for some real weight.
I prefer this calculator for higher reps:
http://www.timinvermont.com/fitness/orm.htm
In this case, 225x21 = 507 max.
The great thing is, with just a little more rep work at 225, your max skyrockets. Get it up to 30 and your max is closer to 1161. Keep in mind that since you're doing high reps your maximal strength is probably not quite caught up, so it's probably only about 1100.

My max is 812! But I was 215 when I did that so it's probably more now!

I'd be careful though, if you make it to the 37 rep mark, your max drastically drops off to -281250.
