It's been pretty busy man. Haven't done any big migrations in about 7 months, which sucks because I feel like I learn something new every time.
I just finished studying for the Security+, doing some practice exams to cover my bases atm. :D

I did some high rep deadlifts (305x8 x3) Monday along with some seated leg press.... feels like someone hit me in the ass with a 2x4.

I get an email a little while ago from their potato ex-web person (who currently owns their domain) letting me know he changed the name servers to point to the new host. FUUUUUUUU I DIDN'T SAY TO DO THAT YET YOU FINGGGGGG MORON! Now I'm spending hours trying to move all their chit over to the new host before anyone notices it's down.

Time for a quarterly update. I've had off and on shoulder issues for a while (anyone who's followed for more than a year knows this), finally 100% and managed to set an all time PR last night of 100x8 on the flat db press (actually on a slight incline). From the side angle it looks like the weights are barely moving and from the back angle it looks like I'm going deeper with the right arm... :eek:

I'm pretty happy with how easy I'm able to get the 100's up these days. I used to struggle hard to get them up, then had no energy to actually hit a decent amount of reps. Example video of the first time I attempted to push them without getting a lift off from someone and almost died:

was out of the gym for 2 weeks because my left shoulder was in pain. BRB heals. BRB right shoulder starts acting up as soon as i get back. BRB havent had a decent push session in over 4 weeks

where is the tendonitis in your bicep? you tried using a compression sleeve?

Right in the arm pit area where the bicep and pec meet is where the pain seems to be localized.

thats the exact spot i had the issue when this bothered me. it was a bit difficult to differentiate between being a pec issue vs my bicep because when i did heavy pressing it would flare up, but the shooting pain occurred in my bicep. i didnt change my routine up much actually, cable flys helped stretch it out and alleviate the pain short term.
best advice i can give is to get a compression sleeve for your arm and that should help along with aspercreme. if its pretty bad look into a topical NSAID called Volatren gel. ( <--- hope that doesnt violate rules)
