How should I build my workout?
I am currently weighing in a 156 pounds and I am 5' 10" at the age of 15. I previously worked and began to start again. I would like to be 170-180 pure muscle in a year like my friend chapa did. He said he had to eat 5 big meals a day and eggs every and etc. I would like to do that.. So I was wondering how much I should eat like calories, carbs and protein? Also where is a good source for these. And do vitamin levels matter? If so, would anyone mind telling me how much to get?
