Order a Big Mac, 2-3 cheeseburgers and a milkshake or a juice. If it's dirty bulking then it doesn't matter as long as you eat clean sometimes, calories is calories.
Since u r dirty bulking, u can eat watever in macdonald. anything there is load with a bunch of pro, carb and fat ( not good fat though) but anyway, that hundreds-thousand of cals easily
but remember, if u eat too much mc don, u will get a bunch of sodium too, a big mac or quarter pounder has about 1000mg of sodium, with is 50% of daily recommended. so if you have 2 big mac, then u cannot have any more sodium thoughout the day. if you have too much sodium, u will increase the change of heart attack when u get older, so just dont have mc donald everyday, 2 a week is fine.
