Aware me on "good girl" and "bad girl", never heard of them being exercises.
Oh and once you're done reading through your selection of books, mind chiming in on which ones are worth a read? Just finished reading "Starting Strength" and Bill Starr's "The Strongest shall survive", so I'm looking for another read soon. :D
-
Off work at midnight, and up already..
yeah them 5 hours of sleep really are killer arent they? now im off to work again :(
Choc Chip Recipe? My mom just got a huge Christmas present (late i know my brother and his g/f just came up yesterday from out of town) from my bro's g/f parents, HNGGGGGGG
Ever make homemade buckeyes?

ok I know I'm late as hell for the curry talk, but I've screwed with some spices on that/ (I love indian and asian food)
I've found mixing in some powdered cloves actually really helps gives a good spice. A lot of other spices I used were just kind of common for curry. Can't tell you exactly since it's just kind of whatever I grab from the shelf that looks good when I open it.

I saw that same chocolate chip cookie recipe on NY Times food section. I didn't know they were that famous. Seemed like an average chocolate chip cookie recipe when I looked at it, but since you liked it so much I might try them out.

You have access to some of the best bakeries in NY.. Get on it! And you have Crumbs? Forever jealous... I am considering buying cupcakes for my birthday in a few months from there. (srs)

I actually stopped by there when shopping at the mall yesterday. Had a grasshopper cupcake for myself, a bite of my sister's milkshake cupcake, and a bite of my mom's raspberry swirl. Pretty good stuff.
BTW, Matt: what is your favorite go-to baked ziti recipe? Doesn't have to be macro friendly. just the best tasting one.

You really use wine in your pasta sauce?
I have never had wine (Srs not a drinnker at all)
Is it pretty caloric dense (i know some alcoholic beverages can be) not 100% sure on wine.

Uhh not sure if you're serious here... RedWine makes pasta sauce infinitely better.
When exposed to heat, the alcohol cooks off anyways.
wine is pretty low cal

Thanks, man. My mom and I make penne a la vodka a lot and make an awesome vodka sauce. Didn't know baked ziti would go good with red wine haha. I will try that out for the next time everyone wants baked ziti in my house. Seems like a simple recipe!
