How long does muscle growing last after a workout? (not muscle recovery)?
Lets say i work out on Day X, a particular muscle group, How long does it take for that muscle group to grow to its fullest potential based on the workout you have just stimulated it to grow.
I know it depends on your diet as well, lets say you are eating more calories and protein doing all the right things.
How long do you think? I know it takes 2-3 days to recover but when does it stop growing after it has been worked. lets say you are endomorphic, not a hard gainer
