I'm pretty sure an inch and a half in 4 months is good...?

Look at your diet, are you eating more calories than you burn to promote muscle growth? What is your rep range on your arm exercises? Lower reps, heavier weight is "mass" training. Are you not doing enough isolation exercises to really hit your triceps and biceps? Or you may be doing too many, neglecting key compound movements where you can really pack on the weight for strength training.
Also, look at your arm's definition, not necessarly its circumference. If you are getting more toned and defined, but size is lacking, then you may need to eat more to promote growth. If your arms aren't getting more defined, then you should look at your training and switch things up to shock your muscles for growth.
Try hitting your triceps more. Most people make the mistake of hitting biceps hard for big arms and lagging on triceps, which actually make up 2/3 of your upper arm. Good luck.
If after a while they still won't grow, eat more or try creatine if you don't already use it.

Thanks I'll try this. And I guess 1 and 1/2 inches isn't that bad for 4 months, but when I started I had 10" arms, and now I have 11-1/2" so they are still really small, but I think I just need to give it more time. Because even though their growing, they don't look "big" you know? But thanks =)

yh.. feel kinda bad sayin dah now........... but i dont like people going to my mum or wateva... still, no excuse i guess for me to say dah :(
My triceps are goody. My biceps are relatively non-existent.
Overall, they don't grow fast at all.
Anything less than 3" per week means you're doing it wrong
Does any one here have a problem with their biceps looking uneven? My right bicep looks shorter and more rounded then my left one. It's weird. I make sure to have good form with both arms, so I think it's just how my arms are.

Yeah, my left bicep almost doesn't exist. Hit dat arm pose and it's flat as hell
Started at 13" arms in 2007. By 2008 I had 16" semi fatcepts (Under 15%) At the height of my bulk I had 17" and now at 188lbs I have 16" with veins. Still a lot of fat on them but they look better than they did lol.

I have an arm day, but my arms just respond like crazy to weight lifting, absolutely covered in stretch marks now, and they dwarf everything else on me, but I still think they look tiny haha.

That would be thanks to genetics.

Bodybuilding takes time. It takes years to see good results. Be patient, from how it sounds, your doing good man. Keep it up, eat train sleep!
Same here OP
When I used a public gym I had access to a dumbell rack. I would superset bi/tri exercises and had helluva pump. Was 10" in oct, 11.3 in dec. I also had atleast 3200 cals a day too.
Keep it up though, 1.5" gain is amazing!
