i eat drink them all the time and i think everyone i know that lifts dose,

When i first started training my "mentor" (for lack of a better word, an older friend who i train with for football) told me to avoid protein/creatine formulas until your body gets better acquainted with your training and new diet.

most protein supplements give u most of your daily recomended vitamins in each scoop n if ur takin 6+ scoops a day on top of what ever else vitamins your takin could be harmful not the protein itself
