We do from time to time. The more in shape you are, the less refeeds you really need.
The mucle glycogen does need to be restored and you are right.

I just wanted you to clarify your question a little more.
You absolutely do not [i]need[/i] carbs ever to live a very healthy and long life.
Now, to perform in the gym, aid in recovery, build LBM....yes, carbs will be essential for optimal results. If I were doing KETO with my activity level I would need to carb up every 4 days, someone say who has a lot of stored energy (high BF%) or doesn't have as high activity level could go weeks and still perform well.

Really? Well congrats -- that's a big thing for people with stage fright....I think most people have stage fright unless they're on stage often....it's natural for me now to just be on stage talking to an audience, making cheesy jokes lol....
Karaoke is a blast...I uh....am not a personal fan of doing it myself though, but it does make for a good time!
I exercise every day, 30 to 60 minutes running and about 20-30 minutes weightlifting (not heavy weights because I've injured myself before). So if you aren't lifting heavy then you don't need to replenish glycogen? What happens if you don't? I actually feel better now that I'm eating no carbs strangely enough. Maybe my body metabolizes fat better than carbs naturally.

The body can restore SOME glycogen without carbs. Lifting weights makes your body more efficient at this.
There is a depressing sparsity of info regarding the above, though. In the absence of glycogen for energy, your body uses other sources of fuel.
I think "feeling fine" is a good indicator that you are indeed "fine"
