Carbonated flavored water...is it bad?
For the longest time I drank Key Lime carbonated water made by Hannaford. I thought it was essentially the same as water, so I drank it basically all the time, and hardly ever had regular water. I know that having a lot of water while losing fat is important, so I drink this a lot because I find it tasty. I couldn't see myself drinking as much regular water due to its lack of flavor.
This stuff has zeros all down the nutritional facts label, but on the bottom it says it contains: Carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, potassium benzoate, sucrulose, and acesulfame potassium.
Does the sucrulose ruin it for me? This stuff used to be my 120 ounces of water a day. Does this NEED to change?
