Hiit On Spinning bike
Is it possible to do Hiit On spining bike if so please tell me
and is it best to do 30 seconds sprint one minute off
i do 3 minutes of brisk warmup and explode during the 30seconds increase the resistance until i can't pedal fast and rest for1 minute until i hit 18 minutes becasue of of the 3 minutes of warmup

Yes, you can do whatever you want if you're creative. Anaerobic capacity is actually tested on a bike, NOT with sprinting. It's called a Wingate test. As far as HIIT goes, there is no "one" way to do it. You're program sounds fine.
