300 is my average PWO dose, but I've been know to dabble with 400+
around 300 is good enough for me

Just had a sample of a pre with 500mg of caffeine in it... metabolic nutrition's esp. haven't felt a rush like that since jack3d, literally could not run out of energy it was almost annoying

Same here especially with 2 scoops of vortex :)
Currently dosing at 300mg. The most I've used was around 400mg.
Personal preference would be around 200mg.

true but you are also 237 lbs..i just think that anyone under 200lbs *in my opinion* shouldnt need ~400mg of caffeine..lol

True when I was 2 scooping everything I decided its time for a break, now 150mg to 200mg is getting the job done.

I'm slowly building up my tolerance for 2 scoops again I learned my lesson last time I went 2 scoops after stim break.
300 mg a day crew

400 is no joke
350-450 is my sweet spot (But pwo must also have other stimulants, like synephrine, yohimbe etc.)

I've tried countless pres and I still say Vortex gives me the most intense niacin flush/patchy skin (literally looks like I have a disease) and almost takes your breath away once it hits
My sweet spot was between 250-300mg
currently 150mg is working wonders after my break

I used to take 3000mgs of beta alanine just for the tingles
200 mg usually. 300 max.
I have tried 400 mg and it just makes me feel nauseous and is counter productive.

3-400mg is my sweet spot - i use it about 40 minutes before football (or 'soccer') and it gets me through a full 90 minutes without issue (though, i am a goalkeeper, so it's primarily helping the focus & concentration as that can slip very easily)
the first time i experienced beta alanine/niacin flushes was with a pre-workout called Thunderbolt (from UK company 'Athlete's Fuel') and double scooped my first serving and had to pull over on the way to the gym as i thought i was going to die
200-300mg seems to be it for me although my current pWO has only 180mg caff + 100mg theobromine
400-550mg has been great for me for a long time- just right on the energy without making me jittery. High stimm crew checking in.
Right now...300-400 for pre...900-1000 for the day
