Speaking of that
Walked into Gym today for first deload session
And one of the guy's who works the gym (one of the employees) was maxing out on bench due to a benching competition we have coming up, and was going for 435 and tore his pec.
I walked in and heard a loud scream, and weights flying, and figured out he tore his pec..
Just unreal.. Layne norton part 2!
Just reading that made me physically hurt. I can't even imagine what that would feel like...

Oh ****! Really??? Damm!
Nah,..I train at Best and Snap since I moved to Fairview. I do like Real tho. Im thinking about the NMA this April here in Erie. i am also considering physique over 35 to. Not as grueling as bodybuilding. May be friendlier due to my back and shoulder issues.

I took a week off, due to a head cold, and it was difficult to get back in the gym.
After a few days It became routine again.
It did feel good to let my body completely rest.
Enjoy the down time!

Nice squats, well done on your PR. Nice tempo with them too
Good eats
Looks like a week rest did you well

I agree ^^ great workout. I always hate how "foreign" the weights feel after a week off, especially for squats. Kudos on the lift.

GReat progression Bob, not too shabby for 4x a week of front squats and some back squats, super high volume as well. WHo knew you could get strong without focusing on getting strong, thats how size is put on :) Given enough ice cream and pancakes are eaten!!!
-
Haven't been here in a while but those epic squats popped up on my youtube subscriptions so I had to drop by lol.
Interested in your Christmas feeds coming up!
