no, not at all. Keep the multi always keep the multi.
ok thanks. So, is it a creatine or something? I guess i'm not exactly sure what it is exactly.

in a way yes its a test booster, Though its not like a prohormone test booster which is what you are worried about
link zinc for example can boost testosterone..
or drinking alchohol can lower it..
i was going to go on it but i ended up just getting the novedex
And stay on the multi, its like the most important supplement i believe

nah not a creatine
im pretty sure the idea is to boost testosterone and assist muscle growth without prohormones
though im not 100%
put it this way, if you are having it with animal pack it will do good

This is info on one of the main ingredients Methoxyisoflavone

The other big ingredient Beta-ecdysterone is a powerful anabolic agent, that may enhance protein synthesis and thereby increase lean muscle mass.
Early research by Russian researchers Syrov and Kurmukov (1976) found that ecdysterone had anabolic activity and increased protein synthesis. Animal studies in both rats and Japanese quail have demonstrated significant anabolic effects (Slama et al., 1996; Dinan, 2001). Ecdysterone is also believed to have an anabolic effect in humans (Chermynkh et al., 1988; Simakin et al., 1988; Bizec et al., 2002; Chen et al., 2005).

As mentioned, no it does not raise testosterone as the supplement is a nutrient partitioner. Be sure to EAT properly with this supplement to get the most of it. I would recommend HIGH protein.

No. Continue to take a multivitamin.

No it is not a creatine. It is a nutrient partitioner. Here is a quick write up that will help you understand the product a little better. Write Up: http://www.animalpak.com/html/sections.cfm?ID=9
can anyone tell me is animal m stak increases arm size?
can anyone tell me is animal m stak increases arm size?
lmao gtfo :p
No supplement will increase arm size. Eat, lift, rest and repeat.
M-Stack is a nutrition partitioner. If you are looking for their test booster that is animal Stack.
Does not raise test

Animal products are good but their M-Stak is not something I would support. Rage, Torrent and Atomic 7 are solid products but it's when a company has a linup of products like they have I start to question stuff. I would like them to just keep to what really works not some flavone stack etc. Rage is solid but could use a bigger dose of key ingredients. The energy part I do like here and there. Overall solid pre. Torrent is a solid recovery product - no real complaints. Atomic 7 is a solid bcaa product as well.
Universal has been around for a long time. I am sure the ingredients in their products and the amounts listed are what they say they are but Animal M-Stak is a formulation clearly as a money maker. Just my opinion.
