What does 3X5 mean?
Sorry guys, I don't these terms but can someone explain me SS?
Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Press
5x3 Power cleans
Workouts A and B alternate on 3 non-consecutive days per week.
What does this mean exactly? Is it saying I do them each day?

3x5 means 3 sets of 5 reps

3 sets and 5 reps. In other words, you're doing the squat in 3 groups, and in each group, you're squatting 5 times. 3x5= 15 total reps.
Non-consecutive days means that you DO NOT do the workout 3 days straight. You do the workout 3 times a week, with a day in between each workout.

I would recommend doing Babylover's SS, not standard SS. You go every other day (6 days at the gym a week) instead of 3.
