It is called the adonis belt. It is a ligamental feature. So primarily it is genetic how well it shows.
Lower your body fat, and work your obliques and lower ab area, to get it to show a bit more.
Yeah, definitely going to depend largely on genetics and body fat. I'd recommend reverse crunches/leg raises for hitting that area.
the one thing that really brought that out for me was when i started using weight for my ab exercises, specifically reverse crunches. throw a 10lb DB in between your feet and do some reverse crunches.

I'm also a fan of reverse crunches. They work the lower abs well.

- Hanging leg raises
- Reverse crunches
[b]- Roman chair crunches (Deep ROM)[/b]
- Oblique training
Its a hard muscle to build, but i have deffently noticed hypertrophy in this area from the following exercises.
