hope its pills u r talking about, try putting powder dirrctly in the mouth and it taste disgusting, like having sand on the tongue. I mix with proteIn shake.
I put mine in water, both brands that I've tried (Optimum Nutrition and Cheap Supplements) have no taste and don't bother me. I can't remember the specifics, but some people recommend taking it with a fruit juice, it was something about better absorption.

No, not pills. The powder is essentially tasteless. No big deal at all.

water or a sports drink high in carbs. the carbs give you an insulin spike helping the creatine get to the muscles quicker

No. Go.
Drop that scoop right in your mouth, and wash it down like a champ!
Mixing creatine with protein isnt the best idea the reason being that protein and creatine use the same transport route in the body to get to the muscles, this makes them compete with each other, with the outcome meaning you dont get your full dosage of protein or creatine you get more of one or the other meaning either some consumed creatine or protein has gone to waste
No. Go.
yes go
Are you just a green troll? How did that happen?

That's like saying if I eat a steak and potato one will get turned to waste quicker because they both digest in the stomach and intestines. Not trying to rip you bro but where did you hear this?
i'm a noob myself but your answers sound more noobish (no offence i'm not trying to sound arrogant)
its even been said what you should take, even on some bottles (depending on brands) of what should mix it with
and its NOT water
and NOT milk
it needs something with natural sugars so the creatine can be transported more efficiently and effectively
if you drink it with water you piss alot of it out and thats just expensive urine
taking it with protein is pointless too because according to the 'hodgetwins' on youtube, its best to take it AFTER the work out that way you replenish it and also can creatine load more efficiently
also if you DON'T take protein powder so fast (i.e the 10 minute window is a lie created by protein companies) you leak more 'human growth hormones' to protect the muscles on the body, more HGH means better gains whether the goal is losing weight or gaining muscle as muscle gains is mainly about foods, how hard you lift and more specific HORMONES. I hear this HGH theory is taught in colleges/universities aswell
the best thing to take is fruit juice like 'grape juice', its been covered by heaps of people online and youtube already....probably written on creatine bottles aswell
