Thanks for posting! I can't wait to see what Jon brings to the Arnold Brazil. He's one of my favorite current pros. Some of the freakiest forearms in the IFBB.

What was wrong with those presses? I thought they were very controlled.

Huge fan of JD. Anyone know if he still works repairing elevators? I remember a few years back there was a vid showing "A day in the life" and portrayed his brutal work schedule and routine. He deff has a great work ethic and is very dedicated. Great fella IMO

he only works as an instructor/trainer for that company now
