sorry didn't update yesterday worked out late evening and was spending time with children and such before bed.
[B]Update Squat Day Cycle Week 2[/B]
had a late evening workout so was kinda tired. I had 40g of carbs with 3 Wb2 before the workout.
Squats

155lbs x 10 Squats felt great today and even stronger than last week. Was annoyed though cuz somehow all the 45lb plates were missing in the squat racks and had to use smaller ones to get to 155 lol.
Leg press
7plates or 315lbs 2x8 and 2 x 7
I used a different leg press than usually and I think it was at a different angle or
something cuz it killed my quads more. Also nothing like a random lady practicing her Zimbabwe in the mirror next to you.
Leg extension
110lbs 4x12
legs were jello after these but that good. Took forever to get sets in cuz there was six people doing circuit training with this the leg press I normally use and the smith machine WTF. I hate the gym at this time.
Leg curl
80lbs 4x8
nothing special here but felt stronger
calve raise seated
125lbs 4 x 20 did heavier weight on these. Still thinking I need to switch this for another calf exercise
did 5 sets 8 with 30lbs dumbells ss with chinups for fun. Arms were exploding

Yep doing 5/3/1 and agree DLs I thinking are the most exhausting lift I do. But none of them
make you feel stronger so it's worth it

Agreed. I am always dripping with sweat after deadlifting...I usually need a bit of a break before I do any accessory lifts that day.

here are the shoes I got yesterday. got em basically half price cuz a gift card I had. They are the new minimus zero road. Really meant for minimalist running. Looked like they should work pretty sweet though for deads and squats with zero heel drop it dosent force you on your toes. Yes bright red was the olny color they had in stock.

135 x 8 This was great for me cuz a couple weeks ago I struggled getting 135 for 3
Reverse Grip Bench Flat
105lbs 4x8 May move up in weight on this but still trying get form right. This thing really kills your tris. Im loving it
Incline dumbell Press
Moved these to earlier in my routine and it helped

40lbs 3x8 able to get more weight and reps in easier
Weighted Dips
My tris were feeling it for some reason today so I only was able do BW plus 10lbs 2 x 10 and 2x 8

Again I think Wb2 to really experice the most out of it taking it everyday helps. I had High expectations for pump though and still havent been quite met. Its tricky getting dosage and carbs mix right.
I do love the allday fullness with everyday use though and like I said vascularity is pronounced more than pumps.

Good job with the workout. Your thoughts on WB2 seems to be similar to mine. Best used every day, nice pump/fullness feeling throughout the day. Endurance/focus for me was really all over the place or minimal at times. Pumps were average on some days, and well above average on others

@jab Ain't nothing wrong with bright red shoes. I wear red shoes to the gym nearly every time I go...I might even get red if I even invest in some Chucks. Nice job on the flat bench too...solid progress.

Giving some more thought about WB2 I am not sure I would use it again. The reason being, my two other go to non-stim pre pump products (HemaVol and Pump Bol) I feel like I get more consistent results (not just pump but more so endurance/focus which are very important to me). I know from reading some other reviews sounds like WB2 was a homerun for them, but just wasn't for me. Also, I don't like the need to eat a pre meal with WB2 (I typically train fasted when I work out at 5am and when I workout out later in the morning I usually have my pre meal 2-3 hours pre).

Yeah Im kinda with you bout wb2. Everything else Ive read people had amazing experiences with it. I actually use to always train fasted too so eating a pre meal has been hard for me aswell. Its hard for early morning exercies to eat take time to eat something when time is limited. I will note wb2 is not a bad price if you use it as a gda plus pre for $30 and you get a good amount of servings. If it gives you more pumps thats an added bonus(I just really havent had that yet). I got two more weeks so will see how it goes.

I'm more of a pick-up basketball kinda guy, but that's because I generally suck at any type of baseball/softball. I definitely enjoy playing sports as cardio...much easier to trick my body into doing cardio then getting my lazy butt on a treadmill.

Definitely miss playing sports here. I had been playing baseball in the summertime for I think the last 7 years, but last year decided to hang the cleats up due to family commitment. I may get a few games in this year but who knows,
Yes softball was quite fun. Don't play basketball I'm soo white. Honestly the cardio is minimum since I play first base. I use to play football (tackle) alot when I was younger but can't risk injury these days having to support a family. Softball is pretty safe lol. I did have a pretty nasty collision at first though and kinda hurt my knee alittle but it good now just hurt in the moment.
