Have you tried running with flippers on? It isn't easy, especially in sand.

Haha well...I let you know after the semester is over...
Buuuut... dehydration can cause Hypovolemia which is essentially low blood volume. So I guess technically the number of red blood cells isn't actually decreased so I was wrong. But the low blood volume does result in a lack of oxygen
dehydration = less blood volume = less cardiac output = less able to deliver oxygen to where its needed
