sore wrist from setting up my race skis... pushing the back binding with din of 14 and tweaked it... skiing tomorrow morning - day 3 of season...
well now in december and this is my month to recover so just lifting when i feel like it...
skiing! nice
been dumping pretty good all day in jackson. going up for a hike/ski tomorrow morning.
-
The U.S. is in a huge dry spell across the nation in regards to snow on the ground.. no major winter storms yet. Don't know how this bodes for the rest of the season.. either going to be a harsh and longer layover into spring, or bland and dry.
Colorado was amazing.
Glad you're getting to ski, what do you do in regards to tendonitis in your arms and pullups? My pullup endurance and strength has greatly diminished due to it.

Kind of like arctic ease wraps, but a cheaper generic brand.

It's not as cold as an ice pack after a few times you use it, but it still feels great. If you use it in conjunction with an icepack it's like a whole new level of cold.
Also nice session. Good stuff with the RDLS, and your average bench session is better than my best session haha.

2900m run
12 year olds training for cross country... we ran their course with set races and walking parts... so intensity was higher than normal but i stopped and chatted and discussed how they run each bit of the course...

those are some beastly RDL volume set!
so time for the kids to beat you down with endless conditioning/cross country?
as mentioned earlier, liked the vid (or at least posted in the ski thread). funny, I almost used that first song on my last vid
