Im 39 years old, 40lbs+ over wieght....been out of the gym for 10+ years...have access to a small gym right now that i am able to do a full body mostly dumbbell training every other day and cardio on the days i dont lift weights..my question is, is this a good way to get back in the swing of things or should i start with a beginner upper body one day lower the next program? My goal is to transform my body back to what i use to have.
