i am new to training.
i am doing 12 reps with 40lbs for squats. for 3 sets.
the next day my thighs hurt, and it is kind of hard to get up out of a chair, but then ususally by the next evening (48 hours after exercise) my thighs have cleared up almost 100% to recovery.
is this normal or am i doing somethign wrong?? my chest exercises and arms don't hurt this much.
p.s. i got chicken legs if that means anything.
