Ok, so I've been keeping something from you guys... I actually only mentioned it to one of the guys off here (Bob) but he is unaware of whether I decided to do it or not... For the past 8 weeks I have been in diet mode with intentions of achieving contest condition. Yes, I had full intentions of stepping on stage this summer, however, whether or not I would commit 100% depended on a certain test I have been struggling with. The reading comprehension portion of the TAP. The retake date, which I also kept a secret, was today... I PASSED that beotch! This means I will be in schools doing my PCE work in the near future as well as student teaching this summer. So I have decided to pull the plug prep wise. I started at a fluffy 181.4 and woke up this morning at a low of 165.8. So, now you guys know part of the reason I was flying under the radar. I figured some of you were starting to wonder where all the food pron was :p

The workout went well. I slept like a rock last night, but woke up much earlier than I would have liked to. I was just too excited after passing my test to sleep anymore lol. I started dragging ass about midway through, but pushed it the best I could until the end. I'm really digging TJM.

Let's remember, that my 165.8 on this scale (which weighs 5lbs lighter than the scale I used last prep) would put me at 170.8 on the old scale. So that's roughly 15lbs over contest give or take lol
Blah, can't locate the red velvet poptarts or those Cookie Crisp Sprinkles anywhere :( , cookie crisp = one of my all time favorite cereals but have yet to try the spinkle version.
Eating any one of those pb dishes would put me at over half my fats for the day :( jelly.
I go away for 3 weeks and you're juggernaut and dieting? Am I on the same planet? :p
