Workout Stacks for Women
Hi everyone;
I'm 22 years old and just recently lost almost 30lbs. Im at a comfortable weight for myself but would like to work harder at toning everything and getting stronger. (I'm 6' tall and 160-165lbs) pretty skinny. I need supplements that wont make me gain a lot of weight, but give me lots of energy at the gym, and help improve my health. Help and input is much appreciated :)
Happy New Year everyone, good luck with your goals :)

Orange Triad (multivitamin) + Oximega (fish oils) for general health purposes.
For energy I'd suggest either caffeine tabs or a pre work out like White Flood.

You should look for a strong multi vitamin, a fish oil (Controlled Labs Oximega is my choice) and, from what you want, a pre-workout.
For a pre workout I have tried and would recommend CL White Flood, SAN Launch, MRI Black Powder, BPI Pump-HD, Cellucor C4, AI Sport Maniac, and so on.
Other members will likely recommend Craze, however, I am not because I have never used it. I will try it eventually though.

I'd opt for fish oil and a preworkout with a full serving of creatine in it myself.
Oximega fish oil works, or the MP one is actually pretty high quality too.
