I would want to smash my PR on deadlift of 365lbs, and get up to 405. I know its a lot to ask.

A PR of a 600 pound raw deadlift is what I want. I lost a little strength after my cut, but think this is obtainable this year! I got 515 pre cut earlier this year.

All I want for Christmas is some more Versa 1. Christmas kind of came early for me this year because I was chosen by USPlabs to beta test this awesome product before it was released to the public. Now I can't get enough of it and I want more! I have already gained 10 lbs of solid muscle and all I'm asking for is more Versa 1 so that I can see more gains this holiday season. The focus this stuff gives me is intense and I don't want to hit the gym without it. I'm bulking until May and this is the only gift I'm asking for!

I've always been weak on Seated barbell shoulder press and thought it looked so awesome seeing other press big amounts so that would be my wish.

prs in bench and squat....im pushing 300 in both and gonna get there in 2013!

pr in deadlift for 10 reps of 405 would be an epic christmas gift !

PR of 275 X 5 on the bench....working towards that magical 300

It’s hard to choose one single overall PR that trumps all others, so in no particular order the one’s I’m mainly aiming for are…

1. To finally hit 170 of lean mass … I’ve been up to 165 at the best of times, but with school I’m back down bouncing between 157-160 (granted thanks to this Christmas break I’ll be adding some weight back on :P)
2. To hit 120lb DB’s for shrugs … currently able to do 3 sets of 7-10 with 100’s
3. To finally break my plateau of 70lb DB’s on flat & incline presses … hopefully getting to using 80lb DB’s solidly by the time the winter term is over! (although if I could be like the video below that’d be a cool PR too ;))
4. To get up to 70lbs a side on bent-over underhand barbell rows ... currently been sticking around 45-55lbs a side. Getting a thick back is always a major goal, and improving on this would def be taking a step in the right direction :D
5. To finally be bigger than my bro … who still has 50lbs on me, but I can still hope for the day I break this PR!

My main goal this year is 400 on bench I'm at 345 so I've got a bit to go but what's the point in having a goal if its not hard to get. Merry Christmas everyone!!

I'd ask for continued PR's on my deadlifts. I've noticed that my body composition has improved so much since hitting deadlifts consistently and my overall strength has continued to shoot through the roof. In lifts like my squats, I'm noticing continued gains in terms of the weight that I've been able to use. My lower back feels stronger than ever and deadlifts challenge & tax my entire body. To continue pushing the envelope and hitting new PR's on deadlifts would only mean continued increases across the board for me.
