I don't know why but ever since I started working out I can't go more than 3 days without working out. I feel like I'll lose some strength if I don't work out for a week. However, I got the flu (even though I still went to the Y with the flu on sunday) but I'm missing school because of it. And well, my mom won't let me go to the Y because "no school, no YMCA." So will this affect my strength? I was at an all time high just before the weekend :(
