How does this look for someone at 267lbs, ~25-30% bodyfat, 6'2", and 16 years old?
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 banana
Meal 2: Homemade Protein bar, ~267 calories, 8g fat, 18g protein, 38g carbs
Meal 3: 1 6oz can of tuna in water, 1 small golden apple
Meal 4: Actually, I don't know what to do past meal 3. Any suggestions/improvements you might have are very appreciated.
