SO I've recently reached my muscle mass goal and want to cut as fast as possible without being extremely unhealthy and being able to maintain it. Anyone got any insight or advice for my diet/workouts?
You can't cut fast whilst maintaining muscle mass. You can have a higher cal deficit and lose more fat quicker, however, you'll lose muscle. Or you can have a lower cal deficit and lose fat slower whilst maintaining more muscle.
ECA and dont believe the water weight deal a whole lot, one bottle of water and you have undone it already
