you definitely have 600 and I wouldnt be surprised if you could break 650 from the floor to knee height. your lockout is your weakness; work on that and youre in for some significant gains

actually after watching the vid, it could be a hip drive issue as well, either muscular or technical. your speed off the ground is definitely your strong point tho.
figure out your knee height rack pull 10RM (resetting each rep), drop the weight 50-100lbs as a starting point and peak it nice and gradually until you hit a nice 10RM PR (try and keep the sets 1-2 reps shy of failure every workout), work on your barbell rows, and strengthen your glutes and do some glute activation exercises to help drive your hips forward and youre gonna blow past 600 real fast. then maybe youll be slow off the floor lol.
