I used to eat up to a dozen at a time. Now that I'm at uni it's harder to prepare my own, so I mostly eat boiled eags, and can eat 2-10 of those for a meal. Depends on my mood and what else I am eating.
I usually scramble 6-7
more when I'm out of frozen veggies to go with 'em.

why
just dont get to much protein cuz then itll just be useless
just dont get to much protein cuz then itll just be useless
I doubt he'll eat so many eggs that he will have too much protein and even if he did have too much (which is possible) it wouldn't make it useless, but there are health risks associated with it. But I wouldn't worry because that would be a lot of ****ing protein.
Zero.

Yeah bro! Wouldn't want to eat.... hundreds of eggs.
for those who eat eggs, do you guys eat all the yolks? or just egg whites

Definitely the yolks. Can't leave out the best part.

ahh i always figured it was fattening / bad for you. thanks dude! You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to TN42 again.

Definetly eat the yolks. You won't get fat from eating fatty foods, you will get fat from excess calories. Yolks contain vitamins and minerals which are alot more valuable than a few grams of fat.
And I usually eat about 3 sometimes 4 or 5. Mainly because my household doesn't have many eggs :(

This. Nothing is inherently fattening. Oftentimes people refer to calorie dense foods (desserts, fatty foods, etc) as fattening because for someone not counting calories, those foods are easy to overeat and thus easy to create a calorie surplus with. A calorie surplus is what makes you fat, not the foods themselves.
Let's get some more broscience up in here please.

Dietary cholesterol's effect on blood serum cholesterol levels is negligible in the majority of people. There is some research that suggests it even has a positive effect.
Well.. Apparently they've already proven that there's more HDL than LDL cholesterol in the eggs. Also a ton of vitamins. My parents would get mad because they don't buy a lot of eggs and they'd say something like..."You're eating up all of our food!!!!!!!11!!!" lol.
if im just having an over easy session of eggs I usually do 4 or 5, if it's a weekend and I get to relax with a coffee I'll usually cook 8, take out 2 egg yolks (just cause i like it, not cause of fats or cholesterol) and make a nice ommellettteee (sp?)
Just eat as many as you want, I think roughly an egg is 80 calories (don't quote me on that)

HDL and LDL are not types of cholesterol, and neither are "found" in eggs.

Mine are 80 too. I think it's 80 for the big ones and like 60-70 for the smaller ones.

Oh hell I don't know. You'd think I'd learn after a year and a bit.
Do you eat it raw? or cooked?
None, can't fking stand eggs in the morning. I love eggs in general but feel like throwing up if I have em for breakfast..stupid I know
I have about 3-4 fried eggs in the morning, with the yolk. I can't eat many in the morning. I gag on boiled eggs for some reason :P I also have them with toast, pepper and ketchup to give them some flavour
6 eggs a day. 3 post workout, 3 before going to bed.
for those who eat eggs, do you guys eat all the yolks? or just egg whites
Only egg whites. I hate the yolks tbh.

actually do you mind expanding on that? I know a little bit about cholesterol, HDL = high density lipoprotein, low density, very low density etc.
What happens when you ingest cholesterol that decides whether or not it is transferred or w\e with HDL or LDL

thats like asking, how does a lipid molecule decide in which fat cell in the body it wants to be stored?
or how does glycogen decide which muscle it goes to?
