Hi, i am around day 11 and i am pretty sure i'm in ketosis. I am showing traces on the ketostix and just yesterday my mouth started to have a real metalic taste to it. I"ve been searching the web, and i can't seem to find how long this will last.
Can anybody tell me, will this taste go away????
Mine comes and goes. Sometimes I think it may be the EC stack though. But the best is when you get the fruity taste. But for metalic wise you may want to drink more water.

I thought you might suggest more water, and i've been drinking soooo much. Well what i think is a lot. So far today (1:30pm) i've had 4x cups of herbal tea (approx 400ml), and 2x 1L water. I'm sure before the day is done i'll have had at least another 2L of water. Is this too much?
I almost drink 2 gallons of water a day.

WHOAH!!!!! 7.5L, ok you must have a lot of bathroom visits.............. I feel like thats all i do in the afternoons.
i piss like an elderly person but from what I hear doing keto makes you want too pee more. I drink alot of water cause of supplements, and thats the only thing I drink.
