Not to be a dick but I'd be curious to see a video of your form with your heavy shrugs and pendalays. I suppose since it's not your strict goal to add mass that it doesn't matter, but I assume you're using a lot of leg power on them.

Hah I have honestly the easiest year of high school ever. English, French, data management, oral French, and then a bunch of co-op :p

I'm wondering why you decided to go with 3DMJ over a dedicated PL coach. Your issue isn't nutrition, it's programming. Seems ass backwards to me.

If powerlifting and strength are your goals, I would go with strict PL coach. Pretty sure 3DMJ holds nutrition and physique as priorities before strength.

My left shoulder is a load of crap. Probably why high bar has felt better than any of the squats I've done as of late. Gonna keep these and work on fixing my shoulder the problem is that it sits higher than the right so fuks up my low bar position and makes it asymmetric.
That being said, I was really feeling good on high bar and then with the pulls, I managed to save the session from absolute garbage to a great session indeed! Never actually been able to get my mindset changed from negative that bad to good in a session before. Fuk yeah!

I used to squat high bar-ish, then I started doing shoulder mobility work to widen my grip a little and allow the bar to sit lower.

I love squatting low bar with a passion and my shoulder mobility is pretty nutso (I spend at least 20 minutes on shoulders alone on a day where I don't have much time). It's just a postural imbalance that I need to fix.

Fixed my goddamn shoulder! ALL IT TOOK WAS SOME CS ROWS IN MY WARMUP. 0 discomfort from then on.
BENCH PR! And not just one, not just two, but three! Weight/rep PR on 180, then volume pr when I did it again, then rep pr on 155. This day was too good.
My friend- Matt - who I was working out with today on bench and then everything from curls on showed me scarecrows. Holy hell they felt great.
