cut or bulk (newbie)

Cut or bulk. I lose some body fat ( 3mth progress) I did not measure but can be seen on my pic. Now what to do still cut or bulk? Plz estimate my BF% plz. i cant upload my before pic there is smthing with this bb.com.

Bulk, you have very little muscle to cut down to.

yup get some muscle-shouldn't even be about cutting/bulking right now for you. Gaining muscle/getting is the only thing you should worry about

I hear ppl saying you have to be 10 percent body fat to start bulking ( or calories surplus) so I was asking. Any idea on that?

I was in your same situation last year , now i have add some muscle and fat , but dosen't matter .

uhm, go and workout hard, eat plenty but clean, you can not cut for now, but your bodyfat dont let you take much weight, then look for the bodyrecomp
