Was wondering if anyone ever replaced 3 meals with a liquid meal.
Was just reading something and wanted to know if anyone did this for their 3 main meals in the day in addition to 2-3 snacks a day.
I take plenty of protein shakes, but I'm talking about to actually eliminate breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with it.
If anyone has, please tell me what kind of liquid meals thanks
