is this good workout plan for overweight 12 year old?
nutrition: i gonna limt his junk foor to 2 items per week because hes still a kid...um have him pack up his lunch like lean meat sandwiched or peabut butter sandwiches with some fruits and veggies. for breakfast he can ony have egg whites now if he wants eggs also once in a while sme oatmeal with raisins and fruit in it. also for snack he can have some mixed fres fruit or some peanuts.
exercise:im only gonna take him out running 3 times a week the other days hes going to be doing bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push ups, ad sit ups sit ups. im also gonna have him work with really light dumbbells like 10lbs being the highest for now.im gonna give him 2 days rest (weekend) because hes always running aroud outside with his friends.
im also going to motivate him as much ass possible because this kid was at one oing skinny now hes easily like 160 and hes in 6th grade so if u can help me with some tips that would be nice
