I'm currently taking afterglow by biorhythm for PWO. I'm not a huge supplement guy as I just got back I to the gym routine after two years off. I notice that afterglow has Kre-Alkalyn instead of CM. I wanted to add more pure CM to my mix but I'm not sure i I can add to my PWO shake? Do I take it alone hour before the gym? Do I take it before bed? What's the ideal time to capture CM benefits?
