I saw this photo at the link that michaelstone had posted in the recent slosh pipe thread. Obviously it's not me, but I think it's a cool photo...

I got a quick question for you as I noticed you also have a TPB. Have you noticed any small specks of rusting on the sleeves? I've only had mine for about a month and can see some already. My garage door is usually closed as I train with A/C so I don't think it's the environment but I could be wrong.

Mine is roughly 3 weeks old. No problems yet.

I always love seeing pictures of those revolvers!
Did deads for the first time today with bands. These were the Elite FTS mobster minis. Tension was roughly 64lbs at the top. I bought 3 pairs of short bands, it was a nice change.

Bump for awesome thread.
My lifts are slowly starting to come back but I've got a way to go yet. I still can't do any pressing/pushing movements but its nice to see my rows coming back up. I still have a nagging tendonitis type pain in the bicep, although 1 arm rows don't seem to agravate it if I focus on my back during the movement. This pic is a followup to my first rowing pic setup in the thread. From 30kg to 50kg (2inch thick bar). I switched from 10kg plates to 5s to allow a better range of motion. All progress is good at this point.

This is a good thread.
I did some rearranging today. I bought some new stuff and needed to make some changes to the storage on my cage. I also had previous had my vertical bar holder in the back of the cage, but have for some time now felt that was too cluttered, so I removed it. Anyway, cleaned up some stuff, reorganized the bands & new chains.....then took a new pic. Pretty happy with the way it looks now, we'll see in a couple days if I like the "flow" in the gym & rack.

Well....I would like to tell you there's some in the equipment pics thread...and there are. However, I've changed stuff around so often I doubt that there are any relevant photos there anymore! I'll see if I can't get some new ones....although the gym is a little bit of a work in progress since there are some things I'd like to address to eliminate some of the clutter. For the most part, aside from minor things....its about as complete as I'm going to make it. At this point I like what I have and unless I find something to upgrade I don't see much point in changing.

Here you go........someday I'm gonna finish the walls and make it look right, but I have plenty of projects going on so not right now. Its also hard to take pics of the gym because of the bad lighting and the long layout. This gives you an idea of where its at right now though. Almost everything is either commercial or close to it now.....not much to upgrade to since I have what I want, its great quality, and I have very little room.
What a cool journey its been though.

Beautiful gym and awesome equipment, but what really caught my eye wasn't the equipment or the layout...it was the heat and/or A/C vent right above the rack. That right there is absolute brilliance.
what kind of calf machine is that keet? thats a pretty sweet basement dungeon :). how big is it total?
what kind of calf machine is that keet? thats a pretty sweet basement dungeon :). how big is it total?
Its about 450-500sf or so. I could go a lot bigger as the total basement is probably around 2000sf or so. However, I've kept the peace a lot by promising...and keeping to it that I won't expand the size.....if she of course ignores any new acquisitions ;). We actually have plans to finish the whole basement at some point and the space is taken.
The calf raise is made by Nebula and its a beauty. I picked it up....pretty much by accident...when I bought the revolvers last year. I got them from a small gym near Cincy and the lady was liquidating. She had a lot of cool stuff for sale, they had bought really nice equipment. She kept asking if I wanted it and when I through out an offer of $150...thinking she'd decline...she said "load it up". I think they sell new for over a grand!
