ALCAR, citrulline malate and r-ala timing...advice please!

This is what I currently am thinking of doing with what I have:

Pre-w/o 30 min:
Ultima (1 scoop)
Supplement Direct ALCAR: 2g
Supplement Direct L-Citrulline Malate: 6g
AllMax Nutrition R-ALA Complex: 1 capsule (150mg R+ ALA)

Intra:
Intrabolic: 1 scoop

What do you think? Any advice is greatly appreciated and I will rep.

EDIT: I also have 250mg tabs of niacin. Is that fine to use pre-w/o as well? Its the GNC brand and will make me flush so should I take it 5 min pre or just take it when I have all the other supps pre.

i suggest taking everything except the niacin and ALA pre-workout, just like you described. Ultima already has beta-alanine in it, so i don't see the need for the niacin. ALA would be useful for glucose metabolism, so i suggest taking one a few minutes before each meal.

any standard serving should be fine, 100-200mg.
