you mean 100 gr of protein? 2 cups is approx 90 gr protein.

Haha, no I mean how many cups is in 100 g of chicken.
In other words, I measure out my meals with a measuring cup and the nutritional facts I have for the Chicken Breast are in grams.. which I need in cups. (since the chicken is diced).

Volume doesn't necessarily correlate to weight since the size of the pieces, their packing, etc... will muck up the consistency.
Canned chicken for instance is ~60 grams per 1/4 cup.

I'll just use about 3/4 of a cup of chicken breast.

Couldn't you just put it in a bowl and weigh it?
