Toast bread or not to toast?
Okay so i had a trainer for awhile when i was like 280 and then after i learned some stuff and actually liked going to the gym i left the trainer and started doing my stuff on my own because i thought he was way overcharging but anyway he said for me to toast all my bread i ate but he didn't tell me to only eat whole wheat either.
So i just wanna know since i only eat whole wheat bread now is it okay to eat it untoasted or is it better toasted like for sandwiches and stuff i'm cutting btw i usually use it for stuff like egg sandwiches once in awhile or tuna,turkey sandwiches for lunch whats you guys OP?
