subway everyday on bulk?
at the moment i am bulking and my diet is very clean no cheat meals although i work at subway an usually will have a footlong sub everyday as my post workout meal as i go in work closely after working out is it bad to have a footlong sub everyday its usually a teriyaki,melt,or chicken fillet with all salads avocado and cheese but considering i don't cheat and am bulking is it acceptable or should i cut it out?

I don't see anything wrong with eating at subway. Not all they have available is the best for you, but it is certainly better for you than most. I'd say you're good to go man

Sounds fine to me. But some footlong Subs can have 1000+ calories so just be careful with the rest of your diet, otherwise you could end up having too big of a surplus and pack on some unwanted fat.
If that starts to happen, cut it down to a 6 inch.

If you buy a 6inch, make sure to tell the person to add another fillet or 2, so you get heaps of protein in whilst lowering the carb count thus overall calorie count slightly.
But 1000cal footlongs are awesome regardless. You're on a bulk afterall mang.
Buy roasted chicken on wheat with a tonnn of salad.

Yeah I understand, but I personally can gain weight on a very modest surplus and gain fat very easily. So sometimes I forget that other people actually need to eat these kinds of large meals to gain weight.
Good call on the double meat too, I completely forgot about that.. I usually have double meat on a 6 inch roasted chicken when I'm bulking.

I get subway daily (ham footlong ~700 cals) on a cut so I don't have to prepare it. Come the time I will bulk i'll get other stuff with more cals.

6 inch double meat chicken breast on wheat, mustard only, no mayo, pepper jack cheese, all the veggies, no oil, no vinegar, no salt, some pepper = 800 calories. End of story.

thanks for replys guys i like subway cuz its convenient whilst at work and tasted gd the rest of my diet is super clean and im bulking on a very slight surplus so atm i will keep eating subway untill i see any negatives :)
