you measure arond you intire arm on its highes peak
Take a tape measurer, wrap it around the arm and read.
If you're on the teenboard, wrap it around twice.

What's your age?
What does your waist measure?
What is your body composition (fat, chubby, skinny, etc)?
How long have you been training?
Im 17
37 waist
Im maybe 10 pounds overweight but then again those charts mean nothingif its muscle, so Im ok there
I have beenworkingon my biceps in and out non consistently for 2 years. but onsistently since may of this year.. Again like I said I can do about 45 lb arm curls??? so what do u think???

I'd say that is good progress. Since you say you're a bit overweight, some of that is fat, but even so that is some good size.
Pretty good arm curls too.
I think a mistake I made a while ago. (Now Fixed) is that I never worked on my forearms or wrists, so I guess myabe that was preventing me from doing more, since there was nothing to hold on to for the muscle....
Remember not to flex when you are measuring.
