Wassup erebody, looking to clean bulk, is it worth bulking at the moment as I'm doing huge amounts of cardio(royal marine style) I recon I'd have to consume around 3000 plus calories to put mass on but I probs burn at least 1000 just with training! Can someone help me out with an example of a typical days diet and what it would consist of? And also I don't have the time to eat six meals a day is that a problem?
