You can stack some beta alanine with it tho, its another cheap and effective supp that shoudl be a staple ;)

There is 5 grams of Creatine per serving. This is straight from the owner. I posted in their forums and he responded directly to me. From what I understand he used to be a receiver for the Indianapolis Colts.
As soon as I finish my big stash of protein/creatine (3 months worth to go) I'm going Muscle Pharm Assault/Combat stack.
There profile is just too damn good.

I was told by a muscle pharm rep there is a total of 5grams of creatine, As assault has more then 1 creatine in it. How much of mono is inside each serving, I dont know, But somethimes I add in 2-3 grams of plain mono creatine.. Or some days I just add that in my post workout shake..
Creatine and caffeine have been said to counteract each other, sort of like creatine and citrus which creates creatinine which is useless to your body. There's 5 grams of creatine blend in Assault already though, and that's for one serving (1/2 scoop- and most people just fill up the scoop, that's what I did after the first two days of half), so honestly you can, but I'm not 100% sure if you'd get better results. Obviously your call in the end.
