So let's just imagine that your girlfriend/fiancee/wife or boyfriend/fiancee/husband says "you can't keep weight training five days per week because we're too busy with 'life things' right now." He/She says that if you want to keep training you have to cut it down to two days per week max or else they're leaving you, end of story. Cardio/HIIT counts as a weight training day so if you already trained in gym twice you can't go for a run etc. Do you readjust your training program so that you only train twice per week (if so how would you set it up)? Or do you find a new significant other?
This weeks prize will be a [b]Force Factor & Factor 2 combo[/b] (small size of both). Once again we will be picking 5 winner, they will be the users who we feel contribute greatly to the conversation.

To be honest, i'd have to just adjust my workout. If it was a girlfriend, it might be a different story, but now im in it for the long run! haha.
Since there's two days to work with, i'd either go with the obvious approach of 2 full body workouts, or i'd split it at the waste line. Most likely, i'd go with the split at the waste line approach, since i prefer separated workouts. What i mean is, of course, one day for everything lower body related; and one day for everything upper. So, a day for biceps, tris, chest, shoulders, back, etc. And a day for quads, calves, etc; which would also consist of my cardio.

I don't think i'd just totally agree with it, i'd deff try to compromise a bit more. 2 is deff not enough, well for me atleast.
